15th October 2018

Shayn John, an ex-Learner of Military Preparation College Croydon, passed his Commando Training last week at Falklands Hall at the age of 17.

Centre Manager of MPC Croydon, Tom Nicoll expressed his pride about Mr John, and had these words to say;

He has proven that if you want it that much and are prepared to give everything, you can achieve great things. Shayn has been drafted to 45 Commando Royal Marines, based in Arbroath, Scotland. 45 Commando are now the lead Commando unit and deploy on a training exercise on the west coast of America in January. This means his first R n R will be in Las Vegas! What an amazing start to your career and congratulations Marine John.

Congratulations from all at MPCT Marine John, you’ve made us all very proud and are an inspiration to MPCT Learners.
