The academy courses operate a roll on-roll off enrolment, so you can join anytime as long as you are aged 16 – 18, have just left school and are unemployed and not in formal training or education.
Once on a course, you could receive £30 – £50 a week, including holidays.
You will need to fill in our application form, a member of our team will be in contact with you (by phone or email). You must also visit your local Careers Wales advisor. You will be given a referral form by the advisor and you require this before you can start with us. You must also have your National Insurance number as you cannot start a course with MPCT without it.
The training is free due to the course being part funded by the European Social Fund through the Welsh Government.
All learners will receive a training allowance between £30 – £50 to assist with any costs.
All learners are entitled to money to offset the cost of daily travel.
