Discover Your Future in the Armed Forces with MPCT and AFCO Online Briefings.

Are you ready to take your first step towards a rewarding career in the British Armed Forces? MPCT Military Academies, in partnership with the Armed Forces Careers Office (AFCO), are running weekly online briefings to help you prepare, plan, and progress towards your goals.

These interactive sessions take place every Thursday at 1900 hrs via Microsoft Teams, giving potential recruits and their families the chance to learn more about what it means to train with MPCT and how we can support your journey into the Armed Forces.

What to Expect from the Briefing

Our online briefings are designed to provide insight into both our MPCT Phase 1 Preparation Course and the Armed Forces application process. During the session, attendees will discover how MPCT helps learners:

  • Improve physical fitness and mental resilience.
  • Build knowledge of low-level tactics and military life.
  • Develop leadership, teamwork, and discipline.
  • Gain qualifications and academic skills to support a successful career.

The MPCT Phase 1 Preparation Course is a minimum 8-week programme, combining 50% physical and 50% academic training to help individuals achieve their potential. The course operates on a roll-on, roll-off basis, meaning you can join at any time and start your journey immediately.

Why Choose MPCT?

At MPCT, we believe that with excellent leadership, teaching, and support, everyone can achieve their goals. Our instructors, all former military personnel, provide expert training and guidance to prepare learners for success in the Armed Forces and beyond.

For those aged 16 plus, MPCT offers a supportive environment where confidence grows, friendships form, and potential becomes achievement.

Additional Benefits

Learners may also be eligible for financial support (in most locations), ensuring that everyone has access to the training and tools needed to succeed.
