Llwyddiant ysgubol o wobrau Uwch Dîm Arweinyddiaeth MPCT

Yn ystod y bythefnos diwethaf, mae aelodau Prif Swyddfa MPCT wedi bod yn teithio ledled Cymru a Lloegr i gynnal Gwobrau Tîm Uwch Arweinyddiaeth rhanbarthol. Dyma gyfle i’n staff rhagorol ar draws ein canolfannau gael eu cydnabod am eu gwaith caled a’u hymroddiad trwy gydol y flwyddyn.

Cynhaliwyd y digwyddiad cyntaf ddydd Iau 6ed o Ragfyr ar gyfer colegau De Lloegr a welodd Colegau Paratoi Milwrol Croydon, Battersea, Edgware, Southampton, Ynys Wight, Portsmouth, Eastbourne, Aldershot, Caerloyw a Bryste ynghyd am ddiwrnod gwych o gan ddangos cyflawniadau. Cynhaliwyd fformat gweithdy yn ystod y dydd ac adlewyrchiad y flwyddyn, a chafodd y gwobrau wedyn yn ystod cinio gyda’r nos. Roedd y fformat hwn yr un fath ar gyfer pob un o’r tair Seremonïau Gwobr SLT. Dylid sôn am MPC Croydon a enillodd Goleg y Flwyddyn, a Chris Padget MPC Eastbourne ar gyfer Gweithiwr y Flwyddyn.

Dilynodd yr ail Wobr SLT ddydd Mawrth 11 Rhagfyr, a welodd ein colegau Gogledd Ddwyrain yn eu Gwobrau SLT cyntaf erioed, ochr yn ochr â’n colegau Rhanbarth Canolog, MPC Wrecsam, Bangor, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Lerpwl a Birmingham. Roedd hwn hefyd yn noson lwyddiannus hugley gyda MPC Wrecsam yn mynd â Choleg y Flwyddyn gartref a Paul Evans o MPC Birmingham yn cymryd cartref Gweithiwr y Flwyddyn.

Cynhaliwyd y trydydd Gwobr SLT olaf ar ddydd Iau y 13eg o Ragfyr ar gyfer ein canolfannau De Cymru. Y rhai a oedd yn bresennol oedd Coleg Chwaraeon ac Ymarfer MPCT, Prentisiaethau Chwaraeon, MPC Caerdydd, Casnewydd, Pen-y-bont ar Ogwr, Abertawe, Merthyr Tudful ac Ysgolion Paratoi Milwrol. Colegau’r Flwyddyn oedd ASS Caerdydd, MPC Pen-y-bont ar Ogwr a Choleg Chwaraeon ac Ymarfer Corff y Rhondda. Gweithwyr y Flwyddyn oedd MPS ‘Andrew Harris, MPC Justin Edwards Abertawe ac Alex Webber o MPCT Coleg Chwaraeon ac Ymarfer Rhondda.

Roedd y digwyddiadau’n anrhydedd i’w mynychu a dylid dweud llongyfarchiadau mawr i bob un o weithwyr unigol MPCT sy’n bresennol. Diolch am eich holl waith caled a Nadolig Llawen iawn i chi i gyd.
