MPCT proudly celebrated the achievements of learners across its Military Academies this February, with standout awards ceremonies taking place in Manchester and Teesside.
These events brought together learners, staff, families and local partners to recognise the dedication, progress and ambition shown by learners as they work towards their future careers.
The Manchester Awards Ceremony was a powerful celebration of learner achievement, highlighting the commitment and resilience demonstrated throughout their time at the academy.
Learners were recognised across a range of categories, including personal development, leadership, teamwork and progression. Each award reflected not only individual success, but also the growth in confidence, discipline and mindset that underpins every learner’s journey.
A local councillor attending the event commented on the importance of providing opportunities for young people, recognising the role academies like MPCT play in supporting learners to build brighter futures.
“It’s about giving young people the opportunities they need to succeed and supporting them into positive futures.”
In Teesside, learners were also celebrated for their hard work and determination at a special awards event recognising their progress and achievements.
The ceremony showcased the dedication learners bring to their training, as well as the skills and confidence they continue to develop. From improving physical fitness to strengthening teamwork and communication, learners are building strong foundations for their next steps.
Staff praised the effort and commitment shown by learners, highlighting the positive attitudes and resilience that continue to drive success across the academy.
February’s awards ceremonies across MPCT’s Military Academies have once again demonstrated the high standards and commitment shown by learners nationwide.
These events are an important opportunity to recognise not just academic or practical achievement, but also the personal growth that takes place throughout each learner’s journey. From increased confidence and self-belief to clear progression pathways into further training, employment or the Armed Forces, learners are developing the skills needed for long-term success.
A member of staff reflected:
“We are incredibly proud of every learner. The progress we see, not just in skills, but in confidence and mindset, is what makes these events so special.” As learners continue to take their next steps, MPCT remains committed to supporting them every step of the way.
With learners across all academies continuing to progress into positive destinations, MPCT looks forward to celebrating even more success in the months ahead.
