One of the greatest challenges of 2020 has been to take care of our mental health under the enormous pressures and unusual circumstances we all found ourselves living under. Over the past year the MPCT HR Department has been promoting the training and awareness of mental wellbeing to enable an open culture throughout MPCT. We have taken all this good practise and created a Mental Health at Work Plan to share with all staff, and this booklet outlines MPCTs commitment to promoting mental wellbeing. We would like to share this booklet with all, as much of its contents have universal application. Whether you are going through mental health challenges of your own, have family or friends in need of assistance, or simply want to gain a better understanding, the advice within this booklet can help better place us all to support ourselves or our loved ones.
