Steven Walker

Joined 2019

Steven joined the army in June 2002 after completing a 13 week Army Preparation course in Gorseinon College, Swansea.
After completing training at ITC Catterick he joined his battalion, The Royal Regiment of Wales based in Paderborn Germany.

Steven then deployed on his first operational tour, Op Telic 3 with B (Rorke’s Drift) Coy and went on to complete a further 2 operational tours of Iraq and 1 of Afghanistan.

Steven left the army in 2012 and joined the army reserve shortly after, where he worked in the recruitment, retention, mentoring and training team.
