Honouring Armed Forces Day 2025: Training Tomorrow’s Heroes, Today.

As we approach Armed Forces Day 2025, MPCT is proud to stand alongside the rest of the UK in saluting the courageous men and women who serve, or have served, in our Armed Forces. This week, from the Royal Navy and British Army to the Royal Air Force, is dedicated to recognising the sacrifices, commitment and resilience of those who defend our nation.

At MPCT, our mission is deeply aligned with the values of the Armed Forces. Every instructional team member is a proud former service member, bringing decades of lived military experience into the classroom and parade square. Their leadership not only shapes our learners’ physical fitness and personal discipline, but it also provides authentic insight into life in the services and helps guide each learner towards their potential.

This week, our learners across all academies have been taking part in a range of activities to honour Armed Forces Week, from team challenges and military drills to writing messages of gratitude and learning more about the roles within the Armed Forces.

These events help embed a deeper understanding of military values such as teamwork, respect and commitment, values at the heart of everything we do at MPCT.

With multiple academies across England and Wales, MPCT is proud to offer free, government-funded military preparation training to young people from all backgrounds. No prior fitness level or qualifications are needed, just a willingness to commit, grow, and take the first step.

Our learners benefit from a structured, motivating environment that equips them with the skills, fitness and mindset required to progress into the Armed Forces or wider public service roles.

We’re honoured to be recognised as an Armed Forces Covenant Employer, with Gold accreditation for Learning Curve Group and Platinum for MPCT, reflecting our long-term pledge to support those who serve, both during and after their military careers.

If you are interested in exploring a career in the Armed Forces, there’s no better time to take the first step.
