MPCT Sports College star is part of the British Army’s 300 club!

A former MPCT Sports and Exercise College (Rhondda) sent in a picture to his former instructor this afternoon showing him his latest achievement.

After leaving RCT Sports & Exercise College, Steven McCabe joined the 22 Engineer Regiment. Joining the Army has been a great experience and career, while also allowing him to continue to compete in sport.

Since joining his regiment, his sporting honours are;

  • Regiment & Core cross country
  • Regiment and Core rugby
  • Regimental athletics

Steven also has the outstanding accolade of being part of the Army’s 300 Club. An exclusive club that only 1% of the Army make the cut! The 300 Club is based on overall fitness standards in press ups, sit ups and mile and half tests.

Well done Steven, good luck. We are incredibly proud of you!
