Gwobrau’r Lluoedd Arfog yng Nghymru: enwebir Nat O’Shea MPCT

Mynegodd Pennaeth ein darpariaeth Ysgolion, Dan Shooter, pa mor wych oedd hi i weld Ms. O’Shea yn cael ei gydnabod am ei chyflawniadau chwaraeon, a’i statws model rôl i wraig chwaraeon benywaidd yn y Gwasanaethau.

Roedd Ms O’Shea wedi dweud hyn;

Roedd cael ei dethol ar gyfer y Gwobrau Chwaraeon dros ben ond roedd hi hefyd wedi gostwng hefyd, roedd y 3 olaf yn sioc gyfanswm ond yn anrhydedd i fod yn rhan ohono. Mae cael cydnabyddiaeth am chwaraeon yn dal i sioc oherwydd dwi’n mwynhau dim ond hobi yr wyf yn ei fwynhau yn ystod fy amser hamdden. Y rhan orau i mi oedd gwneud fy nghyflogwyr yn falch ac yn fodel rôl tuag at fy nysgwyr ac yn bwysicach na dysgwyr a milwyr yn y Fyddin Brydeinig. Mae bod yn wraig gref yn dysgu fy mhysgod nad yw rhywedd yn bwysig a gallwch fod yr un mor dda, os nad yw’n well. Fel y dywedais i’m holl ddysgwyr “Ni chafodd fy ngeni â biceps mawr, roedd yn rhaid i mi weithio drostynt” ac os ydynt yn gweithio am yr hyn maen nhw ei eisiau, bydd yn werth 100% ohono.

Llongyfarchiadau a diolch i Ms. O’Shea, rydych chi’n fodel rōl wych ac yn hyfforddwr i’n Dysgwyr.

Top 5 Exercises to Prepare You for UK Armed Forces Basic Training

Basic training doesn’t care whether you’ve trained before – it cares whether your body can keep going when it’s tired, cold, and carrying weight. Before...
