MPCT AWARDED 3-STAR ‘EXTRAORDINARY’ ACCREDITATION BY BEST COMPANIES

We recently discovered that MPCT has been awarded the highest 3-star ‘Extraordinary’ accreditation from Best Companies.

We have always worked hard at MPCT to ensure staff have the right support to enable every individual to remain engaged with and motivated towards fulfilling our organisation’s mission.

While the response of our team to the Best Companies’ independent and anonymous survey shows that people are happy in their work, it also emphasises the collective belief in each other and MPCT’s mission to continue making better citizens in the UK that we share.

The MPCT family has shown resilience in abundance throughout Despite the challenges this year has brought, every one of our team has responded with the dynamism and ambition required to guarantee that we continue to deliver the excellence and quality our learners need and deserve. We celebrated our 21st anniversary in September – our commitment and passion to make a positive difference to the lives of all our young people while cultivating a sustainable and supportive environment for staff played no small part in making those 21 years such a success.

We firmly believe that maintaining this ethos is what has enabled us to achieve this accreditation, despite the difficulties we have all faced this year. That this is recognised by the MPCT family themselves is what makes it truly meaningful to CEO Huw Lewis and the entire senior leadership team at MPCT.

Huw Lewis MBE, CEO said, “Not only do we feel proud to have achieved the highest category from Best Companies, it will reinforce our ambition to be an outstanding organisation; where MPCT people feel that they are making a difference and that they are respected for making MPCT the organisation it has become today”.
