International Womens Day

MPCT, Military Training Academies owned by Learning Curve Group, are proud to be celebrating International Women’s Day.

MPCT utilise the military mindset to teach and help learners take control of their lives and put them on the right path to play a meaningful role in society. Men still make up 88% of the Armed Forces. The drive to up the number of women currently serving in the Armed Forces could be the answer to help have a positive impact on recruitment numbers.

There are a huge variety of roles in the Armed Forces, all of which are open to women, where you can expect equal pay, equal opportunities and equal expectations.

MPCT’s academies are designed to give young people the experience of learning in a real-life military environment. The MPCT curriculum has been designed to develop their physical fitness, essential skills and self-confidence to ensure their success in their futures in the Armed Forces. Training like this, day in and day out is what might allow women to succeed in the Armed Forces.

All of MPCT’s instructors are ex-Armed Forces personnel with years of military experience. Young people will gain many useful military skills, knowledge and fitness which will prepare the learner for each stage of their military application.

Develop confidence, travel the world and enjoy sport and fitness in a career full of variety and opportunities.

MPCT is part of Learning Curve Group (LCG) which is an award-winning training provider with over 50 academy locations across England and Wales that support young people into careers in the military, hair and beauty, construction and business.
