Prior to joining MPCT Pete served in the British Army as a member of The Royal Green Jackets for 13 Years.
Pete was a Physical Training Instructor and served in Northern Ireland, Fiji, Cyprus, Kenya and all across the UK. On leaving the military Pete completed a Variety of Physical Training Courses Including Personal Trainer, Nutritionist and Management Courses. Pete began working for the College in July 2006 as a Fitness Instructor and Training Instructor and has worked his way through the Progression Routes as part of MPCT. Pete's current role at MPCT is as a Regional Operations Manager with the Responsibility of the Central Region supporting all Centres within his Remit Operationally and on a Quality Basis to Achieve Excellence.

Pete Leak
After leaving school Charles attended College, Gaining his Level 3 in Adventure Sports.
Following this he worked as an Activity Instructor.
Charles then joined the British Army and served within the 1st Bn Welsh Guards, completing various exercises and an operational tour of Afghanistan.
Whilst in the last year of his Army Service he gained a Level 2 in Fitness Instructing and Level 3 in Personal Training.
Charles is responsible for managing the centre but he also supports the regional operations manager Pete.
Tony served, firstly, in the 1st Battalion Staffordshire Regiment then transferred to the Adjutant General Corps due to compassionate grounds.
Tony is interested in most things fitness wise ; kettlebells, tabata, kickboxing, circuits, mountain walking.
He also enjoys travelling and researching/following motivational role models and how it affects our psychological approach in being successful.
Tony joined MPCT to give learners the opportunity to be inspired to join the armed services, by using his experience and knowledge.
Amanda left school and was pushed into an engineering apprenticeship at Bentley where she served her time then joined the RAF.
Amanda Completed 6years service as a Survival Equipment Fitter.
Retrained as a secondary teacher in the early 2000's.
During her spare time Amanda is and outdoor instructor, working with several schools organising and running their Duke of Edinburgh award schemes.
